K18 This is a wonderful Oil Lantern, with what appears to be the original black and gold paint, possibly a Carriage lantern. The oil burning pot is separate and sits inside the enclosed lantern.  There is glass on 3 of sides, with tin in the back, a bracket on the back of the Lantern is for holding it in place

Civil War bayonet Wall Sconce made by Banerman from New York. Banermans sold surplus Civil War goods everything from Civil War cannon's to shoes! These bayonets were made into wall sconces around 1900. 8 1/2 wide 12 tall
