T68 This impressive Pennsylvania miniature walnut York Co. Blanket Chest circa 1770-1780 in early old surface. The construction of this Chest is dovetailed case with a beautifully applied base, ogee molding on top of base, the lid has a nice molded edge on all four sides. The Chest is all walnut with the exception of the bottom board which is poplar.
Measurements are 19 3/4" wide x 12" tall x 11" deep
