W177 18th century (1770-1780) Pennsylvania Blanket Chest, with original dry red paint, nice fishtailed strap hinges original crab lock, dovetail feet, nice applied dovetailed bracket base, very unusual pegged in glue blocks under case, triple mortised bread board ends, it is all dovetailed and pegged construction, circa 1770- 1780
Measurements are: 22" deep x 49 3/4" wide x 24 3/4" tall
