A308 Nice, 19th century Pennsylvania hand-woven footed Oak Splint Basket featuring tapered sides resting on slightly footed base. The tall, sturdy, steamed and bent handle is notched and woven into the sides. Sturdy single wrapped, double rim and deep kick-up bottom for proper weight distribution and help with airflow. Great natural patina surface.
Measurements: 13 ¾” x 14” diameter across top x 10” tall sides x ~15 ½” tall with handle. The footed base is ~8 ¾” diameter.
