L493 Canvasback Hen Decoy - Signed and dated on bottom "R. Madison Mitchell 1954". Original weight and ring are intact on bottom of decoy. Imprinted metal tag identifying a presumed former owner, “J. W. Mowery – 435 N. Mary Street - Lancaster PA” also remains intact on bottom. Original surface with early age crack to body.
Approximate measurements: 15” long x 6 ½” wide.
