M112C 19th century identified hand painted wooden butter paddle depicting a nighttime scene of a tree-lined river. Stamped “R G” on the handle. Remnants of gold paint on handle and reverse side. Small chip to bottom edge.
Measurements: 9 ½” long x 5 5/8” wide x ~1 3/8” deep.
