RM1527 Early 19th century hand-blown green glass Onion Bottle

RM1527 Early 19th century hand-blown green glass Onion Bottle / Demijohn / Wine Decanter. Heavily bubbled glass bearing a kicked-in bottom, a nicely flared oval shaped funnel lip rim, a blown glass “stringing” band applied around the ribbed neck and a very rough-edged open pontil mark on bottom from blowpipe.  Approximate measurements:  9 ¾” tall x 4” diameter at bottom. The flared top rim measures 1 3/8” x 2” oval.
