**SOLD** RM1638 19th century tobacco cutter featuring a Horse shaped sheet iron silhouette with wooden handle for the tail. Cutter is mounted on a thick piece of heavy, hand-hewn pine wood that shows remnants of a red washed surface and extensive wear from years of use.
Base measures: 12 ¾” long x 8 ½” wide x 1 5/8” thick. Horse/handle is 11 ½” from nose to tip of ‘tail”.
