**SOLD** SB24 Exquisite early 19th century miniature Pennsylvania paint decorated blanket chest retaining its original overall mottled and stripe mustard paint decorated surface with a central heart in red paint. Six board, finely dovetailed construction with square head nails securing the bottom. Molded edges surround the top and bottom. Clean, natural patina interior with lidded til inside. The wood is pine with applied turned walnut feet. Circa 1820s.
Measurements: 14 ½” wide x 7 ¼” deep x 9” tall.
